Traditional ring-type connectors have often been the single most significant weakness in vehicle electronics installation. They can easily loosen and rotate over time, leading to ground failure in automotive electrical systems. But our new ground terminal offers more surface area, resulting in better contact area, and serrations in the ferrule area to help it grab and hold the wire securely. Plus, there are serrations around the screw holes to keep the screws tight, and an overlocking screw ensures that the screws remain bound to the sheet metal.
